The price fluctuates. You can view the current exchange rates. You can buy/sell e-currencies from us either in our office or on our website. To buy/sell on our website, Register for an account, validate your email, then click Buy e-currency if you want to BUY or Sell e-currencies  if you want to SELL. If you are buying, fill the form correctly, verify the details and submit. 

 

How long does it take to fund my account?

 

We try our best to serve our  customers as prompt as possible. In our office, we do instant funding most time, we do same day funding.

 

 

If I want to convert my e-currency to cash, how do I do that?

 

We'll buy it from you and pay you in cash or into your bank account, Place a SELL order on our website and instructions will be sent to your e-mail.

 

 

Can I pay cash at your office?

 

Yes, we can accept cash less than N50,000 in our office. Anything bigger should be deposited into any of our bank accounts.

 

Which banks do you use?

 

We handle payments through our accounts with Fidelity Bank and First City Monument Bank. We can add more banks anytime. Please login to your account to get our bank account details.

 

What If I change my mind and want a refund?

 

We can offer you a refund but that must be in accordance with our refund policy. See Terms and conditions Page for the more info.

 

What's your working/support hours?

 

Our working hours are 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M from Monday - Friday, Saturday's 8:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M ONLY. Our Phone Support and Live Chat Support is only available during our working hours, please do not call outside this time. Our Whatsapp Messenger is available anytime 24/7. 

 

I noticed an error in the amount credited to my account. What should I do?
